On May 5, as the world celebrates its 40th anniversary, the world’s best-loved musical, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, arrives in Estonia for the very first time, performed in its original English-language international production.
 
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s famous musical is one of the most successful in entertainment history, having played to over 160 million people in 205 cities and 23 languages and winning more than 70 major theatre awards since its West End premiere in 1986 and Broadway debut in 1988.
 
Inspired by Gaston Leroux’s 1910 novel Le Fantôme de L’Opéra, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA tells the story of a mysterious masked figure who lurks beneath the Paris Opera House. He falls madly in love with a young soprano, Christine Daaé, devoting himself to nurturing her extraordinary talent and using every means at his disposal to secure her success.
 
With 100 cast, crew and orchestra members, jaw-dropping scenery, breathtaking special effects and more than 230 costumes, the production showcases some of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s most famous music, including “The Phantom of the Opera”, “Think of Me“ and “The Music of the Night”. The original script is performed in English.
 
The production’s world-class cast has performed on many of the globe’s greatest stages, including London’s West End, bringing audiences an opportunity to experience this legendary musical on an epic scale.
 
THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is produced by Broadway Entertainment Group by Arrangement with LW Entertainment and promoted by the Baltic Music Group. The original London and New York productions are by Cameron Mackintosh and LW Entertainment. 
 
The performances of the Phantom of the Opera are played in Unibet Arena from 5-10 May, 2026.
