Musical Director – Iban Pérez
On stage — the passion of flamenco, live music and the voice of a soloist

The Flamenco Ballet of Catalonia presents its brilliant project – “Romeo and Juliet”. The performance is based on William Shakespeare’s immortal tragedy and reinterpreted through flamenco, contemporary dance and jazz music.

The show explores universal themes of love and hate, family conflicts and the search for identity. Through dance and music, the artists convey the passion, anxiety and fragility of first love.

The uniqueness of the production lies in the bold fusion of traditional flamenco with modern expressive means. Flamenco, jazz and theatre merge into a single action, creating an emotional space where the audience experiences the story together with the characters.

An important part of the performance is the theatrical installation: costumes, set design and lighting highlight the duality of love and hate. Interaction with the audience makes the show a living dialogue, immersing spectators in a complete artistic experience.

The Flamenco Ballet of Catalonia is renowned worldwide as a cultural ambassador of modern Spain. The company combines tradition and experimentation, preserving Catalan identity while opening new horizons for flamenco.

“Romeo and Juliet” — an eternal love story in the rhythm of flamenco! Don’t miss your chance to be part of this story. Only two evenings in Estonia!
