HURTS announce their only Baltic show next year on June 11 in Sigulda

On 11 June 2027, British alt-pop band Hurts will perform at Sigulda Medieval Castle in their only Baltic show. The Latvian concert will open the band’s European summer live series, which features just five shows.

General ticket sales through the Biļešu Serviss network will begin on 30 October at 12:00.

Hurts have announced summer 2027 shows in Latvia, Poland, Germany and Finland, inviting audiences to experience the band’s unmistakable sound live once again. Emotional intensity, glacial synth textures and cinematic scope are at the heart of Hurts’ musical identity, with monumental melodies meeting personal, candid storytelling in their songs.

The summer live series will begin at Sigulda Medieval Castle, where the historic walls will create a distinctive atmosphere for the band’s dramatic, emotionally charged music. Following their Latvian performance, Hurts will head to Opera Leśna in Sopot, Stadtpark in Hamburg and Citadel Music Festival in Berlin, before the series concludes in Helsinki on 30 July.

Formed by Theo Hutchcraft and Adam Anderson, the band gained international recognition with their 2010 debut album, “Happiness”. It reached the top ten of album charts across much of Europe and has earned a total of 13 platinum and four gold certifications in countries around the world. The album’s songs “Wonderful Life”, “Stay” and “Better Than Love” have become Hurts’ signature tracks, showcasing the band’s ability to combine sweeping melodies, atmospheric soundscapes and heartfelt lyrics.

Following “Happiness”, the band released four more studio albums: “Exile”, “Surrender”, “Desire” and their latest record to date, “Faith”, released in 2020. Over the course of their career, Hurts have won two NME Awards and an ECHO Award, and have also been nominated for an MTV Europe Music Award.

Alongside his work with the band, vocalist Theo Hutchcraft has also been active as a songwriter in recent years, collaborating with artists including Calvin Harris, Måneskin, Muse, Jazzy, Cian Ducrot and Louis Tomlinson.

The Sigulda show will be the only opportunity in the Baltics to experience Hurts live on this summer run — an evening bringing together the band’s elegant melancholy and powerful live performance with the distinctive atmosphere of one of Latvia’s most beautiful outdoor concert venues.

Hurts will perform at Sigulda Medieval Castle on 11 June 2027.

The band’s fan ticket presale will begin on 28 October at 12:00.

General ticket sales through the Biļešu Serviss PLG network and at www.bilesuserviss.lv will begin on 30 October at 12:00. All times are Latvian local time.
