- From February 19 at 10.00, tickets will be available for pre-sale using a code that will be sent to FBI concert club and Positivus festival members.
- From February 20 at 10.00, public ticket sales will start.

Any age visitor should have a separate entrance ticket for the event.
Parents who do not accompany their minors underage of 16 to the event have to take in mind that according to the law of Latvia their minors can’t be on the streets after 10 PM.
Tickets are forbidden to use in any competitions and campaigns without the concert promoter's permission.

Golden Circle - special fan area located in front of the stage;
VIP Ticket - includes a dedicated venue entrance, access to the Golden Circle, access to two exclusive fenced viewing zones with prime visibility of the concert, and access to a private paid bar.
