Mo Gilligan (UK) - The Mo You Know
British stand-up sensation Mo Gilligan is set to bring laughter to the Estonian autumn with his brand-new tour “The Mo You Know”. On 13 November 2026, the three-time BAFTA winner will take the stage at Salme Cultural Centre, delivering sharp observational comedy and infectious energy to his growing global fanbase.
Gilligan, born in 1988 in London, rose to fame in 2017 when rapper Drake shared one of his sketches on Instagram. What followed was a meteoric rise: hit comedy specials, a Channel 4 talk show, and roles as a panelist on “The Masked Singer UK” and “The Masked Dancer UK”. Gilligan is known for his fresh and relatable humour, drawing inspiration from daily life, British culture, and his own upbringing.
From working in retail to becoming one of the most recognisable faces in comedy, Gilligan’s rise has been fuelled by hard work and heart. Gilligan made his first £50 from a comedy competition his mate put him up for. “It was the first time I ever got paid to do what I love,” he said in a recent interview. “I just kept plugging away at it, doing more shows and making [my comedy] better. I always knew I was funny, but it was really turning it into a craft which was the difficult part.”

His Netflix special (“Mo Gilligan: Momentum”) reached global audiences in 2019. In 2024, Gilligan also launched his new podcast “Mo Gilligan: Beginning, Middle and End”, showcasing his storytelling chops and behind-the-scenes moments from his life and career.
Known for his high-octane performance style, Gilligan has sold out arenas and appeared on stages around the world. His latest tour, “The Mo You Know”, is his most ambitious yet, with stops in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the UAE, and across Europe – including Tallinn. He has won three BAFTA awards, and The Times has named him the funniest man in Britain.
Gilligan has quickly become one of the UK’s most in-demand comedians, with sold-out arena shows and growing global audiences thanks to his Netflix special and viral social media presence. With audiences from London to Los Angeles laughing along, Gilligan has become a global voice in modern comedy – blending humour, culture, and social commentary in a style that’s completely his own.
