Schloss Fall Fashion Museum invites visitors to discover the fascinating world of fashion and cinema through the exhibition RED CARPET, a journey into the elegance of historical haute couture, the golden age of Hollywood and the glamour of international film festivals.

The red carpet has always been more than just a pathway to an event. It is a place where fashion, art, celebrity and self-expression meet. Here, evening gowns become works of art, designers tell the stories of their time through their creations, and every appearance becomes part of a greater cultural narrative.

The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through the history of fashion – from elegant historical ball gowns and masterpieces of haute couture to the world of cinema and the dazzling red-carpet traditions of today. Special attention is given to the interplay between fashion and film, and to the role of clothing in creating unforgettable characters and iconic moments.

A special place in the exhibition is dedicated to the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF), which brings the international film community to Estonia every year and creates a meeting place for cinema, creativity and intercultural dialogue. Through PÖFF, the red-carpet tradition also comes to Tallinn, connecting Estonia’s international film culture with the world of glamour and high fashion.

The exhibition takes place at the historic Schloss Fall castle in Keila-Joa, where historic architecture, art and fashion create an exceptional setting for discovering the heritage of fashion. In collaboration with the Alexandre Vassiliev Foundation, the museum continues its mission to showcase the richness of historical costume and preserve the cultural heritage of fashion.

RED CARPET is an invitation to explore the worlds of fashion, cinema and elegance – a place where every gown tells a story and history meets the present.
