NICKELBACK BRING THEIR EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN TOUR TO RIGA IN JULY 2027

Canadian rock giants Nickelback are heading to Latvia next summer as part of their massive Everything Under The Sun Tour. The band will perform at Xiaomi Arena in Riga on Sunday, 4 July 2027, giving Estonian fans the opportunity to experience one of the world's most successful rock acts just across the border. British rock band Don Broco will join them as special guests. Tickets go on general sale on Friday, 16 October at 10:00 local time.
With nearly 65 million albums sold worldwide, billions of streams and a catalogue of songs that have become staples of rock radio, Nickelback have spent more than three decades establishing themselves as one of Canada's biggest musical exports. The band, consisting of Chad Kroeger, Ryan Peake, Mike Kroeger and Daniel Adair, are best known for hits including "How You Remind Me", "Photograph", "Rockstar", "Someday", "Far Away", "Animals" and "Burn It to the Ground". Their upcoming European tour will bring these familiar songs together with material from their eleventh studio album, “Everything Under The Sun”, set for release on 30 October.

Their commercial achievements have been equally remarkable. Nickelback have received multiple GRAMMY Award nominations, earned RIAA Diamond certification and been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
The new album “Everything Under The Sun” follows 2022's “Get Rollin'”, which launched the fastest-selling and highest-attended world tour of Nickelback's career. Rather than immediately returning to the studio after their extensive touring schedule, the musicians deliberately chose to slow down and give themselves more time to develop the new material. Bassist Mike Kroeger explained that the band wanted to break away from the demanding cycle that had shaped much of their career.
"We just didn't feel as urgent about getting it done as maybe we have in the past," Kroeger said. "This time was a little bit different and more of a relaxed pace. Just trying to do the best work we can and not so concerned with hitting timelines."
That approach has resulted in an album exploring several different sides of Nickelback's musical identity. Its lead single, "Rattle The Cage", featuring guitarist John 5, delivers the heavier guitar-driven sound that has long been part of the band's appeal. The song has already reached No. 1 on US Active Rock radio, adding another chart-topping track to Nickelback's extensive catalogue. Meanwhile, subsequent releases "Leave Me Behind" and "Make Me Love You" reveal a more personal and emotionally vulnerable direction.

According to Mike Kroeger, "Rattle The Cage" itself has an unusually long history. The original idea had been sitting on a hard drive for years, repeatedly considered for earlier albums before finally finding its place on the new record. The collaboration with John 5, known for his work with Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie and Mötley Crüe, helped give the song its final form.
As for what comes next, Mike Kroeger has made it clear that the band have no intention of slowing down their live performances. "You're going to get some Nickelback in 2027. We're not changing that formula. Record, tour, record, tour. We love playing live and we'll be out there," he told Loudwire Nights.
While their music has evolved over the years, live performances have remained at the heart of Nickelback's success. The Get Rollin' World Tour demonstrated the band's continued drawing power, becoming the biggest tour of their career in both ticket sales and attendance. The upcoming Everything Under The Sun Tour will take them across North America, the United Kingdom, continental Europe and Australia.
For fans in Estonia, the closest opportunity to see Nickelback on the European leg of the tour will be at Xiaomi Arena in Riga on 4 July 2027, with Don Broco as special guests. Tickets will be available in the Live Nation Estonia members' presale starting Thursday, 15 October at 10:00. General ticket sales begin on Friday, 16 October at 10:00 via Piletilevi website and sales points.
