Music from Estonian Voices’ album “Kallimale” (For the Beloved) arranged by Rasmus Puur
The Haapsalu White Nights Festival invites you to a large open-air concert in the historic castle courtyard, where classical tradition meets contemporary music. The evening begins with one of the world’s most famous works – Beethoven’s powerful Fifth Symphony, performed by the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra.
In the second half, the popular vocal group Estonian Voices, led by Kadri Voorand, joins the orchestra to perform fresh arrangements from their album „Kallimale“ (For the Beloved). The music, which was honored with the title of Best Jazz Album of the Year 2025, will be performed at this concert in a symphonic key.
The conductor is Kristiina Poska, an internationally acclaimed maestra who recently recorded the complete cycle of Beethoven’s symphonies to great praise.
