We are pleased to announce that The 12 Tenors concert will take place on December 13, 2027 at the Alexela Concert Hall. All previously purchased tickets are valid for the new date and do not need to be exchanged. If the new date does not suit you, you can exchange your ticket for the following event of one of the organizers:

The list of events is constantly expanding. If you have not found a suitable event at the moment, you can wait for new announcements and exchange your ticket later. To exchange your tickets, please write to info@piletilevi.ee, indicating in the letter:
- ticket ID number;
- name of the selected event;
- desired seats.
If the price of the new ticket is higher than the value of the existing ticket, you must pay the price difference.
If the option of exchanging your ticket is also not suitable for you, you can submit an application for a ticket refund by sending it to the e-mail address tagasiost@piletilevi.ee.
Processing return requests and refunds takes time and will be carried out gradually according to the order in which applications are received.
For tickets purchased online, the money will be refunded to the same bank account from which the purchase was made.
If the ticket was purchased at a point of sale, please indicate in the letter:
- ticket ID number;
- first and last name;
- bank account number for the refund.

NB! An agency fee of 2.70 €–5.70 € will be added to standard ticket prices.
18:00 The doors to the Concert Hall and Cafés will be opened
19:00 Start of the concert. Intermission 30 minutes.
Latecomers are not allowed to the hall! We apologize for the inconvenience!
21:10 The approximate end of the concert.
No age limit
All visitors need to have a valid ticket, incl. children
