NB! Dear festival visitors!

We would like to direct your attention to the fact that there are two options in order to take part of the opening concert "PÄRT&PÄRT" of Rapla Church Music Festival: it is possible to buy a ticket for the concert taking place in RAPLA CHURCH or to purchase a ticket for the VIRTUAL CONCERT, which is a LIVE BROADCAST of the concert happening in Rapla Church.

The concert in Rapla Church will start at 7 PM and it is preceded by a conversation-meeting at 6 PM with the patron of the festival EELC archbishop Urmas Viilma in the garden of Rapla Church.

The virtual concert at 7 PM is preceded by a web-based conversation-meeting at 6 PM, which you can either just LISTEN to (5€) or at which you can ASK QUESTIONS and EXPRESS THOUGHTS (10€); participants of the conversation-meeting include musicologist Kristina Kõrver from Arvo Pärt Centre in Laulasmaa, member of the centre's Creative Council - Mikko Fritze from Amsterdam and multiple awardwinner - conductor Risto Joost from Rapla, where the concert is taking place. The topics of the conversation include the creation of one of Arvo Pärt's main pieces "Adam's Lament" and stories connected to it's several premieres. Through the skilled direction of the virtual broadcast there will be a chance to be in the Arvo Pärt Centre's chapel and see the archive materials, which are preserved there.

You will find the tickets for the VIRTUAL CONCERT below this information.
