XIII Youth Song and Dance Celebration "Holy is the Land"

The XIIIth Youth Song and Dance Celebration has a common motto "Holy is the Land". Holy is a word we don't use very often in everyday Estonian. We save it for when we want to talk about something very special. Something that deserves our deep respect and must not be violated - our mother tongue, our home and the nature around us.
With the XIII Youth Song and Dance Celebration, we are celebrating the 60th anniversary of the first Youth Celebration in 1962. To ensure that our Song and Dance Celebration is as environmentally friendly as possible, we would be grateful if you could follow our environmental tips and suggestions as we approach the festival. Big changes start with small things. 
 
This time, the starting idea or title of the Folk Music Festival is "truly", which refers to the central value of the Folk Music Festival - traditional music. "Truly" brings together tradition and modern youth, who have found in music a sense of being, a sense of belonging and a language.
