On June 10, the second day of the NOSTALGIA FEST ’23 International Festival will be held on the Big Stage in Mežaparks!

Viewers will be able to see and hear their favorite artists from the 80s, 90s and 2000s! On this day, the organizers of the festival offer to meet classmates, classmates, former colleagues from work in large and simple companies. It will be possible to gather under the banner of native schools, institutes and universities, as well as enterprises. Under the songs of your favorite performers that sounded at school and college discos, you can meet those with whom you have not communicated for a long time, your favorite teachers, mentors, neighbors in school yards, etc. The organizers will be ready to provide all possible assistance to initiative groups in terms of organizing meeting places on the territory adjacent to the Big Stage. If someone has an anniversary release this year, then this is a great occasion to spend it under the nostalgic music of the best performers of all time!

Entrance on this day will be from 16:00, and the event will end at night.

Regular buses will be organized from the center to Mežaparks and back - more specific information will be posted later.

In May, tickets will be sold at the standard price, and from June 1, those wishing to buy tickets will be subject to a +10% surcharge.

The concert will begin with the performance of favorite songs from the repertoire of Raimonds Pauls, as well as famous Latvian bands of the 80s and 90s. The concert will be conducted by Yuri Askarov accompanied by popular DJs from Latvian radio stations at different times. Many different competitions and drawings are planned. At the end of the final day of the festival, there will be a beautiful fireworks display.

Pupo

Enzo Ginazzi, known under the pseudonym Pupo, began his singing career back in 1975. Popularity came to him after the performance of the song Ciao. In 1980, he took 3rd place at the Sanremo Festival with the song Su di noi, which becomes one of his most famous. But the calling card was the song Gelato Al Cioccolato. Pupo also wrote songs for other Italian artists, including the band Ricchi e Poveri.

Jenny from Ace of Base
