Ylistetty Cher-musiikkishow saapuu Viroon

Ensi kertaa koskaan saapuu toukokuussa ensi vuonna Viroon konsertti, joka on omistettu Cherin musiikille. Pääosassa nähdään Rachael Hawnt, jonka ääni ja lavakarisma ovat hämmentävän samankaltaiset ikonisen diivan kanssa. Konsertit järjestetään 6. toukokuuta Alexela Kontserdimajassa Tallinnassa ja 7. toukokuuta Vanemuise Kontserdimajassa Tartossa.

Rachael Hawntin uskomatonta äänensävyä ja kykyä jäljitellä Cheriä ovat ylistäneet muun muassa Simon Cowell ja Adam Lambert.

Konsertissa "The Shoop Shoop Show" kuullaan kaikki Cherin loistavan uran suurimmat hitit. Luvassa on ilta täynnä 80- ja 90-lukujen megahittejä, jotka esitetään näyttävässä show’ssa täynnä upeita pukuja, koreografiaa ja live-bändin säestystä. Kaiken kruunaa huipputason tekninen toteutus.

Cherin musiikillinen perintö on yksi maailman suurimmista. 1960-luvulta lähtien artisti on jatkuvasti uudistanut itseään, tuoden lavalle uusia tyylejä ja megahittejä. Tanssilattiat ovat vallanneet kappaleet kuten "If I Could Turn Back Time", "Believe" ja "Strong Enough", kun taas balladit kuten "Love Hurts" ja "I Found Someone" ovat sulattaneet kuulijoiden sydämet.

"The Shoop Shoop Show" on kunnianosoitus aikamme suurimmalle musiikkidiivalle Cherille, joka täyttää ensi vuonna 80 vuotta. Rachael Hawnt nousi julkisuuteen ja valittiin Cherin rooliin BBC:n vuoden 2022 kykykilpailun myötä. Maailmankiertue alkaa vuoden 2026 alussa ja saapuu myös Baltiaan ja Viroon.

Erityisen merkittävää on, että Cherin musiikkia ei ole koskaan aiemmin kuultu Virossa näin autenttisella tavalla. Cher itse lopetti suurilla lavoilla esiintymisen jo jokin aika sitten, joten tämä konsertti on harvinainen tilaisuus kokea hänen musiikkinsa livenä.
