The Nordic Pulse RITUAL continues at the Nordic Pulse Hotel at the picturesque Ammende Villa, Pärnu. For the first time we open the doors to our creative space, a place for a complete reset.
Join us and immerse yourself in the Nordic Pulse creative environment. Come for a single day, a spa hotel overnight stay or the entire week.
For a limited time Ammende Villa becomes something else. Throughout the week we move through different energy centers activating body, mind, and creativity. A reset for the way you experience time, feel, and create. A place where you can simply be.
The creative process is not limited to music alone. It is about expanding perspectives, unlocking potential, and deepening self-awareness. Through a wide range of holistic practices, participants are invited to discover new sources of inspiration and creativity. The program includes breathing and sound meditations, vocal liberation and movement sessions, and much more.

22.02 – Day 1 · ROOT CHAKRA – FOUNDATION
Grounding into the body and the present moment. Presence, stability, and trust in the process.
23.02 – Day 2 · SACRAL CHAKRA – FLOW & TRUST
Opening sensitivity and inner movement. Listening, rhythm, and natural response.
24.02 – Day 3 · SOLAR PLEXUS – HONESTY
Revealing inner strength and authentic expression. Clarity rooted in feeling and personal responsibility.
25.02 – Day 4 · HEART CHAKRA – PRESENCE
Deepening connection with self and others. Openness, balance, and shared experience.
26.02 – Day 5 · THROAT CHAKRA – COURAGE
Finding your voice and space to express it. Authenticity, honest communication, and self-permission.
27.02 – Day 6 · THIRD EYE – CLARITY
Integrating the experience and seeing the greater whole. Awareness, insight, and inner truth.
28.02 – Day 7 · CROWN CHAKRA – TWILIGHT OF THE SENSES
Releasing tension and opening space for lightness. Joy, connection, and collective culmination. That evening, we celebrate life and ourselves, starting at 21:00 with Meelte Videvik CLUB.
01.03 – Day 8 · SOUL STAR – SIMPLICITY
Closing the circle and returning to everyday life with clarity and gratitude. Integration, letting go, and silence.

Weekly Pass (without accommodation) – €1200
Includes all meals for the week and participation in all workshops and creative activities.
Weekly Pass (with accommodation) – €1650
Includes all meals, full program participation, and 7 nights of accommodation at a spa hotel in Pärnu.
