Tungevaag (NOR)

On September 19, the Alexela Loomelava in Tartu will host one of Norway’s most successful electronic music artists – Tungevaag. The internationally acclaimed DJ and producer has been topping charts since 2014 and has amassed more than 10 billion streams worldwide.

Tungevaag is best known for global hits such as “Play”, “Wicked Wonderland” and “Samsara”, which have all reached the top of the charts in multiple countries. His music has been awarded over 127 gold and platinum certifications across Germany, France, Italy, Spain, India, South Korea, South Africa, Mexico and many more.

His breakthrough came in 2014 when his debut single “Wicked Wonderland” conquered clubs and radio charts all over Europe. Since then, Tungevaag has remained a fixture on the biggest stages and festival lineups, including Tomorrowland, Parookaville and Mysteryland. For the past five years, he has also been ranked in the prestigious DJ Mag Top 100 DJs, reaching #84 this year. In Norway, he is among the country’s most-streamed artists, currently holding the #5 position.
Special guests at the Tartu concert include Púr Múdd (DJ set) and DJ Andi Raig.

Ticket sales for Tungevaag’s show will open to the public on September 3 at 10:00 via Piletilevi. Members of the Baltic Live Agency Concert Club will have early access starting from September 2 by registering for free at www.balticlive.ee.
