121214 / Henry ja Ebb

In 1998, in the southeastern United States, Henry flees from his violent mother to find his father, with whom he hopes to start a new life. He is accompanied by his best friend Ebb who is brave, unpredictable and seemingly always there for him. But the further they go, the more Ebb starts to take control of Henry. Their friendship becomes manipulative, and Henry finds it increasingly difficult to distinguish between what he is really experiencing and what he is imagining to protect himself. Leaving home becomes a journey that forces Henry to confront his trauma, his fears and his longing to find someone to lean on. Suitable for ages 12 and above.
