Dear valued concert goer,

We are thrilled to announce that we'll be meeting on August 12 at Tallinn Song Festival Grounds (Tallinna Lauluväljak)! To ensure you have a fantastic experience, we'd like to share some important organizational information with you:

Date and Schedule:

The Mere area opens at 14:00

Gates open at 16:00

Mike Dean performs at 19:15

Kaytranada performs at 20:00

The Weeknd takes the stage at 21:30

The event concludes at 23:30

Please note the following important points:

Due to the expected large number of visitors, ticket checks and security screenings may take some time. We kindly request you to arrive on time. If you're presenting your ticket from your phone, please download it in advance, as there might not be internet coverage on-site.

Access to the concert grounds is only permitted with a ticket/wristband purchased in advance, and will be verified at the gate. We strongly recommend visitors under the age of 10 to wear hearing protection headphones.

If possible, we encourage you to use public transportation and avoid coming by car, as parking around Tallinn Song Festival Grounds is limited. Parking in green areas or unauthorised locations will result in fines.

Please refrain from bringing the following items into the concert area:

• Own food and drinks
• Bottles and cans
• Umbrellas (they obstruct the view)
• Photo and video equipment
• Selfie sticks, tablets, and laptops
• Firearms, cold weapons, and pyrotechnics
• Dangerous substances and objects
• Alcohol and drugs
• Domestic animals
• Bicycles, roller skates, scooters, and skateboards
• Motorcycle helmets, camping chairs, or stools
• Excess baggage and unnecessary items

Deposit Package Information

In accordance with Tallinn City Council Regulation No. 12, §11, Clause 1, Item 19 dated May 29th, we are sharing with you a significant initiative geared towards fostering sustainability and environmental consciousness during our upcoming concerts and events in Tallinn. To align with this directive, it is now mandatory to utilise reusable tableware at major gatherings within our city.

To honor this commitment and diminish our ecological impact, we have forged a partnership with Pandipakend. At the event venue, Pandipakend pledge cups will be employed. The process is straightforward: a deposit of 3 euros will be levied for each pledged item, and upon the return of the cup, you will be reimbursed 2 euros of the deposit, while 1 euro will be retained as a handling fee for the organiser. This initiative underscores our shared dedication to safeguarding the environment, preserving the cleanliness of Estonian landscapes, and eradicating the menace of single-use plastic waste.

The Reason Behind the Deposit:

Our primary objective is to eliminate the use of disposable plastic tableware at events and contribute to the circular economy. By instituting a handling fee, we can defray the expenses related to the service, encompassing the collection, cleansing, and transportation of reusable items. We firmly believe that embracing these responsibilities will yield enduring advantages for all parties involved.

Procedure for Reclaiming Your Deposit:

• Safeguard Pledged Items: Kindly refrain from discarding pledge cups and dishes in the waste bins. Instead, retain possession of them throughout the event and reuse as necessary.
• Return to Designated Stations: Designated return kiosks are designated for item restitution. Please note that there are eight distinct return points for cups, and cups will not be accepted at sales counters.
• Refund via Cash or Card: Upon successful return of the pledged articles, you may retrieve your deposit in cash or opt for it to be refunded to your card, based on your preference. The money returned to the card will be credited to your account within 4 working days.

We acknowledge that embracing a circular economy at public gatherings may be a novel endeavor. Nonetheless, we are resolute in our belief that through collective endeavor, we can effectuate a favorable environmental impact and contribute significantly to the preservation of our pristine natural surroundings.
