Swedish rising rock band Smash Into Pieces brings an apocalyptic spectacle to Tallinn this autumn

On October 6, 2025, Swedish rock band Smash Into Pieces will perform at Paavli Kultuurivabrik in Tallinn. Known for their impressive ability to blend futuristic visuals with immersive storytelling, the band has steadily grown from a local act into an international force in the rock scene.

Formed in 2008 in Örebro, Sweden, Smash Into Pieces quickly gained attention with their debut single “Fading,” followed by their successful debut album “Unbreakable” (2013). Subsequent releases like “The Apocalypse DJ”, “Rise and Shine”, and the conceptual albums “Arcadia” and “A New Horizon” further cemented their place in the music world. The latter two were accompanied by comic books and interconnected music videos, adding a new layer to the band’s visual universe.

Led by the masked drummer APOC, Smash Into Pieces combine pop-metal melodies with electronic rock and dystopian themes. Their live performances are built around world-building, creating shows that go beyond a concert—transforming them into surreal, cinematic experiences.

The band has gained mainstream attention in Sweden through back-to-back appearances in Melodifestivalen, the Swedish equivalent of Eesti Laul, which selects the country's Eurovision entry. Their song “Six Feet Under” achieved double platinum status and reached number two on the Swedish charts. In 2024, they returned with “Heroes Are Calling”, placing third in the final.
