Service fees for tickets bought from Piletilevi sales channels

Piletilevi webpage shows the final cost of tickets while buying those in online shop. This final cost includes avoidable online shop service fee of 1,90 € and unavoidable additional fees.

Service fees that can be avoided

Salespoint service fee – service fee added to the ticket price when purchasing tickets from salespoints. Salespoint service fee – 1,90 € per ticket.
Online shop service fee – service fee added to the ticket price when purchasing tickets from the online shop. Online shop service fee – 1,90 € per ticket.

Delivery fee – fee added to the price of tickets purchased from the online shop, depending on the delivery option. Delivery fees for purchases from the online shop:
PDF-Ticket and Wallet-ticket – free of charge
Delivery to Omniva parcel machine – 3,90 € per order
Courier service in Tallinn and across Estonia – 8,50 € per order
International registered letter across the world – 7 € per order

Unavoidable additional fees

Venue service fee – fee established by the venue.
Agency fee – ticket sales service fee added to the ticket price by the ticket vendors.

Piletilevi's Gift ticket

Piletilevi's Gift tickets are available in the online shop and at salespoints without a service fee.

Ticket insurance

The cost of Ticket insurance (voluntary) is 8,8% from the ticket final cost that includes all service fees.

Important to know

In case of tickets repurchasing the amount returned to the purchaser will be the direct cost of the tickets. Service fees including sales point service fee, online store service fee, delivery fees and agent fee are not subject to refunding in case of ticket repurchase. The venue service fee is refundable in case of ticket repurchase.
Ticket exchange works only with the event organiser’s permission, takes place at Piletilevi’s office and the cost is 2 € per ticket.
