Lincoln High School Cardinal Choir

An award-winning youth choir that has performed throughout the United States and Europe, earning top placements at state-level competitions. The choir’s repertoire blends American classics, folk music, and works by Baltic composers.

Choir Director: Lisa Riffel

Director of Choirs at Lincoln High School since 2016. She holds a master’s degree in choral conducting and also serves as Assistant Director of the Oregon Repertory Singers. Under her leadership, the choir has consistently achieved high honors at festivals and competitions.

Lincoln High School Instrumental Music Program

A comprehensive instrumental program including concert bands, jazz ensembles, and chamber groups. Students perform locally and internationally and collaborate with professional musicians and educators.

Band Director: Frank Petrik

A conductor and saxophonist with over 27 years of experience, and President of the Oregon Band Directors Association. He is dedicated to developing young musicians and believes deeply in the power of music to connect cultures and communities around the world.
