Viru Folk 2025 - Põhja-Ameerika aasta / Sonido Gallo Negro

The creative talent of Canadian singer-songwriter, poet and novelist Leonard Cohen (1934-2016) has touched the souls of millions of people all over the world, including those of Estonians. Unfortunately, his concert tours never brought him to little Estonia. Now, however, we have the opportunity to listen to his wonderful songs performed by the LEONARD COHEN TRIBUTE BAND that comprises musicians from Ireland and Finland.

The tribute concert will take place on August 9th 2025 at 18:00 on the main stage of the Viru Folk festival in Käsmu. During the more than two hour long concert his most popular hits like “So Long Marianne”, “Suzanne”, “I'm Your Man”, “Take This Walz”, “Hallelujah”, “Dance Me To The End Of Love”, “Lover, Lover, Lover”, and many others will be played.
