The musical project 10 Tenors will be performed in Estonia for the first time ever! A symphony orchestra and ten tenors, recognised and loved by the European audiences, will take to the stage. Together they will create a grandiose vocal and orchestral show combining classical and contemporary music.

10 personalities – 10 temperaments. Each tenor is not just a voice, but a character, with a unique creative path and a vivid stage presentation. It is like looking at the same world through ten different filters.

The 10 tenors are singers of the highest excellence, performing on leading opera stages, participating in international competitions.

The audience will be able to experience the versatility of male vocals and charisma – from opera aristocrats to rock poets. From academic rigour to relaxed pop music – the ten tenors do not compete with but supplement each other in a polyphony of voices and feelings.

The concert will feature both well-known works of music and unexpected interpretations of classical arias. The audience will be able to experience familiar melodies taking on a new sound – sometimes with the elements of jazz, sometimes in the spirit of theatrical drama, and sometimes with light humour or cinematic flair. Each song is a mini-performance, where not only the technique is important, but also the intonation, the atmosphere and the interaction of voices.

The programme includes arias from operas by Verdi and Puccini, Italian classics (O Sole Mio, Torna a Surriento), popular songs (Besame Mucho, Luna Mezzo Mare), rock ballads and modern hits from Queen and Frank Sinatra to Ed Sheeran.

Ten ten tenors from different countries are like a multi-voiced map of Europe, where a true dialogue of cultures emerges.

The concert is intended for a wide audience and will be of interest to listeners of different generations.
