On 17-18th May 2024, we cordially invite you to join us at the Tartu [pre] Opinion Festival. This event aims to address and find solutions for the pressing cultural, social, mental, and ecological challenges faced by Tartu, Southern Estonia, and Europe through meaningful discussions.
The festival serves as a pre-event to the Paide Opinion Festival, where you can engage in meaningful discussions, meet inspiring individuals, and enjoy quality time in the familiar and welcoming atmosphere of Paide. Discussions are available in Estonian, English, and Russian, and in addition to the debates, there is a rich cultural program to enjoy. At the heart of the festival lies the area dedicated to the Hybrid European Democracy Festival, featuring prominent speakers and addressing crucial pan-European topics. The Tartu [pre] Opinion Festival is part of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 official programme. The festival is jointly organized by the Opinion Festival and DD Foundation.
