The 29th St. Martin’s Day Fair is being held from the 6th of November until the 8th of November at Unibet Arena in Tallinn. Mark your calendar and plan your visit early because you don't want to miss this big event!
The St. Martin’s Day Fair is a grand celebration of Estonian handicrafts. We offer handicrafts from the finest masters. Various seminars and workshops will be held at the fair. The traditional clothing information hub offers tips on wearing and caring for traditional clothing. And as always, there is the opportunity to enjoy local food and music.
The fair is open:
- Thursday, the 6th of November, from 12 to 19.
- Friday, the 7th of November, from 10 to 21 (The handicrafts night is from 18 to 21).
- Saturday, the 8th of November, from 10 to 19.
The Handicrafts Night Special Programme on the 8th of November:
There are many different fun and traditional fair activities taking place, such as the Martin´s Day mummers, traditional clothing presentations and ethno-fashion. During the handicrafts night it is possible to taste different local beverage products and flavors.
Estonian-Swedes is the main guest of the XXIX St. Martin’s Day Fair at Unibet Arena. There will be introductions to local culture and handicraft heritage. On Saturday, the main stage will be under the command of handicraft masters from Estonian-Swedes.
Besides the traditional hustle and bustle of the fair, St. Martin’s Day Fair is a place to meet and discuss tips and tricks between handicraft masters, handicraft enthusiasts, and anyone interested in handicrafts.
