The baroque orchestra Barrocada, founded in 2007 by a group of passionate young musicians led by viola da gamba player Amit Tiefenbrunn, is now one of the most prominent ensembles in the Israeli music scene. Barrocada has performed in all major concert halls in Israel, including the prestigious Tel Aviv Museum, where they gave a series of concerts. They have also participated in all major festivals in Israel, including the Israel Festival. The managing director of the orchestra is concertmaster Shlomit Sivan. The members of Barrocada, who have all graduated from renowned European music academies, specialise in early music and play instruments of that era. The orchestra is famous for its rich and authentic sound.

Moran Singers (Israel) was founded in 1998 as a professional mixed choir dedicated to promoting the musical excellence and solo singing of young singers. The choir’s repertoire includes both classical choral music and Israeli choral music. The Moran Singers are frequent guests at various international festivals. For example, in 2012, they participated in the Musica Sacra festival in Germany and the international choir festival in Argentina.

Andres Mustonen first became known as the founder and artistic director of the early music ensemble Hortus Musicus. Mustonen is both a solo violinist and a conductor, a position to which he has grown through his extensive artistic career. He has conducted leading orchestras in Finland, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Latvia and Lithuania, the Mariinsky Theatre Symphony Orchestra, the Moscow Virtuosos chamber orchestra and many others. Andres Mustonen’s repertoire includes works of both early and new music. Liturgical vocal works from the Baroque to the present day are of particular importance in his repertoire.
