The University Singers, the University of Virginia’s premier choral ensemble, brings a dynamic and diverse program of a cappella and accompanied works on their 2025 European tour. Conducted by Michael Slon, the ensemble will perform music by Whitacre, Claussen, Mäntyjärvi, Runestad, Ešenvalds, Pärt, Uusberg, and others – including American spirituals, Baltic and Slavic folk songs, and contemporary choral masterpieces. A concert full of energy, emotion, and excellence from one of America’s leading university choirs.
