Ticket sales for the Biathlon Junior World Championships in Otepää have started

In coming winter, Estonia will host the IBU Youth/Junior World Championships, which will be held from 23 February to 2 March 2024 at the Tehvandi Sports Center in Otepää. Ticket sales are open from 14 February 2023.

This spring’s Jazzkaar to introduce most prominent artists in the current jazz scene

Taking place from 23 to 30 April, the 34th Tallinn International Jazzkaar Festival has announced its main programme that includes over 30 concerts with performers from 17 countries. Jazzkaar will present the most prominent artists in today’s local and international jazz scene and also focus on new works and albums as well as exciting special projects. 

Grammy-nominated first performers of Jazzkaar 2023 announced

From 23 to 30 April 2023, the 34th Tallinn International Jazzkaar Festival will welcome exciting performers from both Europe and the U.S. and also present Estonia’s most remarkable jazz musicians. The first artists announced are five-time Grammy nominee The Baylor Project and six-time Grammy nominee, legendary guitarist Mike Stern with his band.

Positivus Festival 2023

One of the most listened artists in the world has been confirmed as the first headliner artist of the Positivus festival and it is none other than Sam Smith, who is currently taking the world by storm with his latest super hit “Unholy” and is on his way to the listeners with a new album. With over 70 million monthly listeners, Sam Smith is in the Top 10 most listened artists in the world and he will be performing at the 15th Positivus festival on Saturday, July 15th.

Depeche Mode - Memento Mori World Tour 2023



Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2020 inductees Depeche Mode announced that they will be releasing a new album and embarking on a world tour in 2023. The Memento Mori Tour will support the band’s forthcoming 15th studio album, Memento Mori, due out in Spring 2023. The only concert in the Baltics will take place in Tallinn, August 6, at the Tallinn Song Festival Ground. 
Depeche Mode's Tallinn concert will take place on August 6, 2023 at Tallinn Lauluväljak. Tickets are available at Piletilevi sales points and online store. 
 
 
In a break from tradition, Dave Gahan and Martin Gore revealed today that the Live Nation-presented tour will begin with a special, limited series of North American arena dates starting March 23rd, before the band heads to Europe for their summer stadium tour. These limited North American dates will feature stops at New York’s Madison Square Garden, Chicago’s United Center, Los Angeles’ Kia Forum and Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena, among others. The band will then begin their European stadium tour on May 16th, with noted stops including the Stade de France in Paris, Berlin’s Olympic Stadium, Milan’s San Siro Stadium, and London’s Twickenham Stadium.

The Memento Mori Tour will be Depeche Mode’s 19th tour and their first in over five years. The band’s most recent outing, the 2017-2018 Global Spirit Tour was its longest to date and was one of the year’s highest grossing tours, with the band playing to more than 3 million fans over the course of 130 shows across Europe and North America.
 
Memento Mori will be Depeche Mode's 15th studio album and the follow-up to 2017’s critically acclaimed Spirit, which reached #1 in 11 territories, charting in the Top 5 in more than 20 others. Memento Mori will be released worldwide in Spring 2023 via Columbia Records.
