FAQ

Here are the ANSWERS to the most frequently asked questions:

How do I know if an event is cancelled or postponed?
If you have purchased an event ticket from Piletilevi, you will find up-to-date information on the cancellation, postponement, or refunding terms on our website https://www.piletilevi.ee/est/ under the specific event.
We display information that the promoter has given us. The event page is refreshed as we get more information. We ask you to check the available information about your event.

I have a Piletilevi gift card which is about to expire. What should I do?

Piletilevi will extend the validity of all Piletilevi gift cards which expire between 13 March 2020 and 30 April 2020 until 31 August 2020.

Why can I still buy event tickets for events taking place between 13 March and 30 April?

Events that are cancelled or postponed are updated as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not yet have up-to-date information from all event promoters. Changes to each event will be agreed upon with the event promoter. We ask you to wait for the details of your event.

The event page does not provide information on what to do with tickets for a cancelled event. How can I get my money back?

We are waiting for the event promoter's instructions and for more information on ticket refunds. We will update the details of each event page as soon as we learn more. We ask for your patience and apologise for the delay.

If the event is cancelled and the promoter has provided us with sufficient funds to refund the tickets, Piletilevi will automatically transfer the money back to the holders of PDF tickets. Holders of paper tickets will be able to get a refund for their tickets at Piletilevi sales outlets, excluding Circle-K service stations. Tickets for cancelled events will be refunded when the event status on the Piletilevi site is changed to ‘refund’.

If the event is postponed, existing tickets will be valid on the new date. If the new date does not suit you, write an e-mail to tagasiost@piletilevi.ee and state your order number in the message. If the promoter does not agree to refunds in case of postponement of the event, the promoter should be contacted directly. Their contacts can be found on the Piletilevi page under the specific event.

Will the event take place if it has not yet been cancelled?

All events that were supposed to take place before 1 May 2020 will be cancelled or postponed.
You can follow the status and instructions on the event page. We will update the event page in accordance with the promoter’s instructions.

Will the point of sale service fee and other service fee be refunded to me if the event is cancelled?

In case of ticket refunds, only the direct ticket cost will be refunded to the ticket holder.
Service fees for online purchases or at the point of sale (including paid delivery methods at the online store) are non-refundable.
The venue service fee and the agent fee are refundable.

The Government of the Republic decided to ban public gatherings in the Republic of Estonia until 1 May 2020, so why wait for the event organiser’s instructions?

Event promoters are responsible for cancelling or changing the event dates and times, and they also decide on refunds. We will update the event information on the Piletilevi page under the event in accordance with the promoter’s instructions.

Will ticket buyers be informed about the cancellation of the event?

All events that were supposed to take place before 1 May 2020 will be cancelled or postponed. An e-mail will be sent to all ticket buyers, but the latest information will be available on the event website. Follow the status and instructions on the event page. We will update the event page when changes occur.
