Expanding its reach, international company Piletilevi Group is emerging as the biggest player in Central Europe

Piletilevi Group is buying a majority stake in two Polish ticket sales companies – kicket and Biletomat - which become after the merger the second largest ticket sales company on the Polish market as well as the largest player in Central Europe, brokering tickets for nearly 320 million euros per year.

Estonia’s biggest festival, Õllesummer (Beer Summer), will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in the upcoming summer and now, the names of the first artists who will be performing on 3–6 July at the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds will be revealed. True to form for a jubilee celebration, the list of artists is truly outstanding for any music lover. 

The Italian pop opera sensation The Italian Tenors will return to Estonia

Next October, the unique The Italian Tenors will give three concerts in Estonia as part of their ‘Viva La Vita’ tour. The trio performed in Estonia for the first time this spring, selling out concert halls at record speed.

There is something for everyone in ENSO’s multifaceted and delightful programme. In January the lovers of romantic music can enjoy “Brahms and Tchaikovsky”, and fans of fashion and opera, the musical fashion show “Fashion in the Opera”.

On 5 February we invite music lovers to the Nordea Concert Hall to enjoy Holst’s grand work “Planets” together with a NASA documentary about planets. The programme in February also includes something for those who love percussion instruments (“Attention, percussion!”), chamber music (“Paris. The Belle Époque”) and vocal music (“Faith, hope, love”).

In March and April, Tallinn will be visited by the Latvian and Lithuanian national orchestras, the Finnish multi-talented Olli Mustonen, one of the most recognised Estonians in the world Paavo Järvi, and we will also see ENSO’s performances under the baton of its principal conductor Neeme Järvi and the principal conductor of the Estonian National Male Choir, Mikk Üleoja. The concert for the Estonian Music Days will be conducted by Anu Tali and the season’s finale by conductor of the Komische Oper Berlin, Kristiina Poska. They will be accompanied by many immaculate instrumental and vocal soloists and the Estonian National Male Choir.
